Members of the Bridgwater Industrialists Association have decided to work together to share apprentices. Five of the member companies identified a need for additional business administration strength within their teams.
In working with Theresa Strange from the South West Apprenticeship Company, candidates will be selected to pursue this exciting and unique opportunity.
The apprentices are likely to have NVQ level II qualifications and will spend time in two or three of the companies, taking the best learning from each and eventually gaining a broader experience. This also benefits the companies as they also get a higher quality individual who can fit perfectly where a company has a requirement.
John Vieth, President of the Industrialists said, “It’s great that we can work together, to benefit young people and give them this special opportunity.”
