Dickson Powell Partnership is a private practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors founded in 1972. The Practice is led and managed by partners Nick Trolley, Peter Vaughan and Richard Cox and acts for clients throughout the United Kingdom.

Nick Trolley is a member of the Association of Bridgwater Industrialists and has strong ties with Bridgwater and the surrounding area. Nick was born in Somerset, schooled in Bridgwater and trained as a quantity surveyor in Taunton and Bristol and now lives in Axbridge.

The Practice encompasses many aspects of construction consultancy including, but not limited to, quantity surveying, employer’s agency, project management, expert witness and also CDM project safety co-ordinator; the latter via our sister company DPP Project Safety Limited. Dickson Powell Partnership has acted for a number of Clients for projects in Bridwater including classroom extensions to primary and secondary schools, construction of a new bus maintenance depot, new bus station and ticket office and the new town centre Asda foodstore as well as numerous appraisals and feasibility studies for industrial and commercial clients.

Dickson Powell Partnership is fortunate to be retained by a wide variety of clients in the retail, office, commercial, education, residential and industrial sectors; working with retailers, banks, developers, local authorities and private individuals.  We strive to maintain and build upon these working relationships.   The Partner’s consider that one of the keystones in achieving this goal is their hands-on and personal involvement.
